Hello and a warm welcome to the Vine Yard, this is where the new Grapevine Business Forums sit.  This new section of the site is part of www.the-grapevine.co.uk, and has been created to further facilitate networking, support and the sharing of advice amongst the members of The-Grapevine.  It is designed to designed to encourage conversation between business folk, their clients, customers, partners and suppliers.  Utilising the collective power of the vast Grapevine membership’s expertise to provide support and advice, motivating and inspiring others to meet the business challenges of the day.

We welcome all members of The-Grapevine who feel they can help business owners and business start -ups develop their companies and ideas. If you know an equally creative and forward thinking business, or a colleague or friend who supports the business spirit of giving and sharing, then please feel free to recommend The-Grapevine Business Forums - there is no cost to join up!

As with everything in life, there are a few rules. Here are ours:

• At The-Grapevine Business Forums we want people to feel comfortable discussing their darkest fears or wildest business ambitions. Please encourage them! Constructive criticism is fine, but we don’t take kindly to bullying, so please post constructively and, above all, be respectful!

• No spam please. Dying to spread the word about a pyramid scheme? Do it somewhere else. That said, we really want legitimate businesses to talk about themselves – as long at you confine to the relevant forum!

• No racist, pornographic or threatening content – or anything else you can think of that’s bad. That means swearing too; we know how heated discussions can get! We will remove posts that cross the decency threshold.

• Transparent selling is tolerated, but will be mocked. Start a discussion with “I’ve just come across this great company”, and you’re in dangerous water – we can spot companies masquerading as customers a mile off.
