more than 30 Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive of
the apartment. In the heart of golf valley, situated between Estepona
and San Pedro, this urbanization is ideally located for
relaxing on the nearby beach, or making excursions into
the spectacular hinterland of Andalucia.
The beautiful city of Marbella is just 20 minutes car ride away. Where you can wander through the tiny streets of the old city centre, packed with small shops and cafes. Or head for the designer shops and the many ethnic restaurants, the choice is almost endless and entirely your own.
San Pedro and Estepona are just 10 minutes away, in opposite directions. Take the time to explore San Pedro, it is a fascinating warren of narrow streets packed with every conceivable type of shop. You will be surprised at its diversity. Estepona has a very lively market on Wednesdays, as does San Pedro on Saturdays.
The apartment is situated just 5 minutes walk away from the very popular Selwo Adventure Park which is a unique Safari Park where the animals are free and the visitor is caged up in a Safari Truck that takes them on a tour of the park.! The animals are all in peak condition and it is a pleasure to see them so healthy. There is also an opportunity to walk through some of the park and cross 'rope bridges' spanning little valleys packed with animals. A very rewarding day out for all the family.
And how could you not contemplate a visit to the famous yacht harbour of Puerto Banus. Packed with beautiful luxury boats, interesting shops and terrific food. An ideal place to 'People watch'. Duty-free Gibraltar is always a worthwhile visit at 25 minutes distance.
And for the more adventurous there is always the Ferry to Ceuta in Spanish Morocco. Visit the Souk, or book a camel ride in the desert, or visit the Atlas mountains. A fast ferry from Tarifa to Tangier is also a highly recommended day out. The apartment can be reached via Malaga Airport or Gibraltar Airport, depending on which flight is most convenient for you. Gibraltar is 25 minutes drive and Malaga is 45 minutes drive.As the property is my client’s second home, the standard is way above the norm to be found in standard holiday lets. (Satellite TV, CD, washing machine, dishwasher, DVD, air conditioning, on site sauna, gym, private underground parking and much more). Quality furniture/fittings and every conceivable extra in terms of equipment. The terrace at the rear has views of the distant mountains, and the front terrace overlooks the sub-tropical gardens and the onsite pool and is perfect for outdoor dining.
Pricing: To keep it simple for Grapeviners, they are offering one fixed price EURO charge for all seasons – only 450 Euro's per week, or 65 Euro's per day, as they are happy to accept short lets too. So get a cheap flight and nip across even for a long weekend. Just a thought: A car may well be very useful to make the most of this very central location; this can be arranged for you upon request. Preferential golf rates are available at a variety of nearby courses.
